November's word is INTEGRITY — doing the right thing because you believe it's right, not just to avoid getting caught. That distinction is the whole difference between real integrity and simply following rules.
🤝 Rules vs. values
Following rules to avoid getting caught is compliance. Following them because you genuinely believe they're right is integrity. The gap between the two shows up most clearly when no one would ever find out either way.
