Integrity

This month's word is INTEGRITY. Integrity means doing the right thing even when no one is watching — it's built from honesty and the courage to act on your values.
🤝 What is integrity?
Integrity has a few parts: honesty (telling the truth, including not cheating), values (the things that genuinely matter to you), and courage (acting on those values even when it's hard).
📖 Examples for this age

💬 Try asking your child
- ●Why shouldn't you tell lies, even small ones?
- ●What are values, and where do we learn them?
- ●Can you have courage and still feel scared? Explain.
💡 Try This At Home
Integrity is best taught by catching it in the wild — point out real moments (a character in a show, a family member, your child) who did the right thing with no one watching, and name it specifically as integrity.
