This month's word is COURTESY. Courtesy means treating people with kindness and good manners — not because someone is watching, but because it's the right way to treat others.
🥋 What is courtesy?
Courtesy shows up in the small stuff: saying please and thank you, holding doors, and following the Golden Rule — treat others the way you want to be treated.

💡 Try This At Home
Courtesy and kindness overlap but aren't identical — courtesy is often about manners in the moment, kindness is about going out of your way for someone. Help your child notice the difference by asking which one a situation calls for.
"Manners are what open doors, kindness is what people remember." Talk about the difference together.
